Terms of Service

1. What PreAim is

PreAim is an AI-assisted coaching tool for Valorant gameplay footage. You upload a clip of your own gameplay; PreAim analyzes it and generates a coaching report. PreAim is an independent project and is not endorsed by, affiliated with, or sponsored by Riot Games, Inc. VALORANT and all related marks are trademarks of Riot Games.

2. Your account

You must be at least 13 years old to use PreAim. You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Authentication is handled by Clerk; we don't store your password ourselves.

3. Content you upload

You keep ownership of any video clip you upload. By uploading a clip, you confirm it's your own gameplay (or you otherwise have the right to upload it), and you grant PreAim a limited license to process it solely to generate your coaching report and, where applicable, the short evidence clips referenced in that report. Uploaded raw clips are deleted from our storage automatically after processing completes, whether the analysis succeeds or fails — see our Privacy Policy for exactly what's kept and for how long.

Don't upload footage you don't have the right to share, footage containing other identifiable people who haven't consented to being recorded, or anything illegal, harassing, or infringing.

4. Credits, subscriptions, and payments

PreAim runs on a credits system: 1 credit covers 1 minute of analyzed footage. A new account gets one free trial clip (up to 10 minutes), used once. Beyond that, credits come from a paid subscription (billed monthly, cancel anytime), a one-time top-up purchase, or free-credit tasks described on the Earn Credits page. Paid plans are processed by Stripe; we don't store your card details ourselves. Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until canceled. Purchased credits and top-ups don't expire, but they also aren't refundable except where required by law or at our discretion for a genuine service failure — contact us if something went wrong.

5. Fair use of free credits

Free-credit tasks (subscribing on YouTube, joining our Discord, leaving a review, referrals) are meant to reward genuine engagement. Creating multiple accounts, fake reviews, or fake referral signups to farm credits is not allowed, and we may reverse credits or suspend accounts found doing this.

6. No guarantee of coaching accuracy

PreAim's reports are generated by an automated system reviewing footage and known Valorant coaching principles. It's a coaching aid, not a certified coach, and it can be wrong, incomplete, or miss context a human coach would catch. Don't treat it as the final word on your gameplay.

7. Acceptable use

Don't try to break, reverse-engineer, overload, or abuse PreAim's systems; don't use the service for anything illegal; don't upload malicious files. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

8. Changes

We may update these terms as PreAim changes. Meaningful changes will be reflected here with an updated date. Continuing to use PreAim after a change means you accept the updated terms.
