Frequently asked questions
How do credits work?
1 credit = 1 minute of analyzed footage (rounded up). Your first clip (up to 10 minutes) is free, one-time. Starter ($9/mo) grants 100 credits, Pro ($19/mo) grants 300, Unlimited ($39/mo) has no credit limit at all. Top-ups ($5–$40) never expire and stack on any plan.
My clip failed to upload — why?
Usually one of: the file's too large, an unusual video format/container, or the connection dropped mid-upload. Retrying is free — nothing is charged unless analysis actually completes. Still stuck? Post in #support on Discord with the exact error message.
How long does a report take to generate?
Roughly 1.7x realtime — a 10-minute clip takes about 15–20 minutes, plus some overhead for reading on-screen text (kill feed, scoreboard). Longer or higher-resolution clips take longer.
How do I update my Riot ID or rank?
Both are self-reported (no third-party sync) — head to Settings. Rank has a dropdown with real rank icons so you can pick the exact tier you're in.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Settings → Subscription → Cancel. You keep full access until your current billing period ends, and canceling never touches your credits — only future monthly refills stop.
What happens to my uploaded video after analysis?
Your raw clip is deleted automatically the moment analysis finishes — success or failure, every time. What persists is the report itself and a few short evidence clips referenced in it. Full details in our Privacy Policy.
Can I get a refund?
Generally not, except where required by law or if something genuinely went wrong on our end. If that happens, reach out via Discord with your account email and what happened.
